This 6-week COURT STARS & COURT CHAMPS mentoring programs provides young women & men ages 12-16 with a unique journey of self exploration addressing character building topics including goal setting, self-esteem, decision making and more in a positive & nurturing atmosphere. The 7th annual Scholar Athlete reception recognizes and honors Indianapolis area students' who excel in academics, make a difference in the community and participate in athletics. Former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy will be the keynote speaker. Both a male and female scholar athlete will be awarded four-year renewable $2,500 scholarships based on their essays and applications. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist scholar athletes with their higher educational goals.
